The new Point & Click editing mode works basically like word processing.
You can switch to Classic editing mode by clicking on that option. (The option to switch modes appears in the upper right hand corner whenever you are in editing.) The Classic mode uses standard wiki

After you’ve edited a page in Classic mode, click on Preview to check it. (In Point & Click mode just read it over.) In both modes, click Save to save your edit.
One thing that causes some confusion in PBWiki is new pages. If you just click on New Page and make one, that page is not linked to anything else and the only way to find it will be to click on See all pages.
Two explanations from PBWiki FAQs:
How do I create a new page on my wiki?
Two simple ways:
First, you can type a word with SeveralCapitalLetters (or even type NewPage), which will automatically create a link to that page!
Second, you can put [brackets] around any word to create a new page. For example, if you wanted a page called "cars," you could just type [cars]! You can also
watch a video that explains how to create pages.
If you want to make a new page, you link to it. Wikis are unusual in that instead of giving an error when you click on a "broken" link, wikis let you define the page. So on your FrontPage (or any other page in your wiki), you can either type "See my [news] page" or "see my RecentNews". Both methods work - the first requires you to put brackets around the link you're making and the second requires you to use CamelCase.
From my experimentation, it appears that both methods work only in the Classic mode. So, switch to Classic mode, type the name of the new page you want to make using either CamelCase or brackets, and save. Then you can switch back to Point & Click mode and what you typed should be underlined with a red broken line. Click on this and follow the prompts to make the new page.
